Bobby Scott joined Host as a boarding agent in 1998. In 2005, he was promoted to operations manager in Norfolk, VA, where he was responsible for the operations department, handling vessels within all Virginia ports, including the Port of Hampton Roads, Hopewell, and Richmond. From late 2007 to early 2015, he served as vice president of operations, and during that time, from 2012 to early 2015, he also served as the regional manager of the U.S. South East. In 2015, he was appointed to his current role, vice president of agency operations, overseeing all agency activity.

Bobby received his Bachelor’s from The College of William & Mary. He is a member of many boards and organizations associated with the maritime industry, including the Virginia Maritime Association’s Steamship Trade Committee, the Hampton Roads Coal Association, and Norfolk Seamen’s Friend Society Board of Directors.
