T. Parker Host, Inc. held an inaugural leadership program for T. Parker Host and Host Terminals team members developed in collaboration with Old Dominion University last week on August 27-28, 2014.

Host's Human Resources department worked closely with ODU's business school to develop a customized two-day workshop for the company's emerging leaders.  The program brought together leaders from a variety of locations and disciplines to foster dialogue around leadership skills and strategies for success.  The workshop aims to reinvest in team members, propelling the legacy of exceptional service.
