Under Adam's leadership, HOST has evolved into an integrated maritime and logistics platform, expanding its agency services and terminal portfolio across the United States. He also led the acquisition and transformation of the former Avondale Shipyard into Avondale Global Gateway, a multimodal logistics hub that has become a catalyst for industrial investment and economic growth along the Mississippi River.

Adam attended the University of Richmond before serving in the U.S. Army Reserve. He serves on multiple maritime industry boards and is a recognized leader in maritime operations, terminal development, and strategic infrastructure, regularly speaking on the future of the industry.

Matthew brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning finance, operations, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining HOST, he spent nearly 12 years with Tidewater Inc., where he led financial planning and analysis, corporate development, investor relations, information technology, and strategic planning, while also overseeing operations across the Americas, Africa, and Europe. His broad international experience and operational leadership continue to help position HOST for sustainable growth.

Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University – New Orleans and an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. He is recognized for his expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business transformation, helping guide HOST's continued investment in maritime infrastructure and logistics.

Throughout his career, Nate has developed extensive expertise in commercial shipping, vessel operations, and customer service, with a deep understanding of the complexities of global maritime logistics. His operational experience and hands-on leadership have helped strengthen HOST Agency's reputation for responsive service, operational excellence, and long-term customer partnerships across the ports it serves.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He has also completed the Association of Ship Brokers & Agents (ASBA) Basic Principles of Chartering course and remains committed to advancing operational excellence and leadership within the maritime industry.

Cees brings more than three decades of international maritime and terminal industry experience spanning operations, commercial development, and executive leadership. Since joining T. Parker Host in 2012, he has played an integral role in the company's expansion, helping translate strategic initiatives into operational success while supporting the continued growth of HOST's terminal portfolio. Prior to HOST, he held leadership roles with Kinder Morgan Terminals and Royal Vopak, overseeing commercial activities, marine terminals, and multimodal cargo operations throughout North America.

Originally from the Netherlands, Cees earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Technical University of Delft. He is a frequent speaker at maritime industry conferences, where he shares insights on terminal operations, commercial strategy, and the future of global logistics.

With nearly 30 years of experience in terminals, shipping, and logistics, Amanda previously held leadership roles with Castleton Commodities International and Henry Bath LLC, where she led terminal and warehousing operations, expanded industrial capacity, and improved operational performance. Under her leadership, Avondale Global Gateway has continued to attract new customers, expand cargo capabilities, and advance its role as a premier center for logistics, manufacturing, and economic development in Southeast Louisiana.

Amanda is recognized for her expertise in terminal and warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, and business development. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering customer-focused solutions that support long-term growth across the maritime, warehouse and logistics industries.

Previously serving as Director of Operations, Cory has led numerous terminal expansion and development projects across the East Coast and along the Mississippi River. He works closely with company leadership to implement strategic initiatives throughout HOST's terminal network.

A graduate of Fordham University, Cory began his career with HOST as a vessel agent in Wilmington, Delaware. He has since advanced through leadership roles spanning vessel owner operations and liquid and dry bulk terminals, bringing extensive experience in operational management, project development, and team leadership.

Steve began his maritime career in 2004 as an intern boarding agent with Wightman Shipping while attending Drexel University, supporting vessel operations throughout the Northeast. He later joined GAC Shipping, where he developed expertise in tanker operations and commercial sales across crude oil, LNG, LPG, and refined petroleum products. After joining HOST Agency in 2017, Steve expanded his experience into dry bulk commodities before transitioning to sales in 2020. Today, he leverages more than 20 years of industry experience to help customers navigate complex shipping and logistics challenges.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Maritime Exchange for the Delaware River and Bay and previously served for two years on the board of the Association of Ship Brokers & Agents (ASBA) while at GAC Shipping. His operational background, commercial expertise, and customer-first approach have made him a trusted advisor to clients across a broad range of cargo sectors, supporting HOST Agency's continued growth and reputation for service excellence.

Anthony brings extensive experience in commercial development, contract negotiations, and risk management, with a proven ability to navigate complex business challenges while maintaining a strong customer focus. His collaborative approach and entrepreneurial mindset have helped drive new business opportunities and deliver solutions that create value for both customers and the organization.

Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University. He is recognized for his expertise in relationship management, strategic negotiations, and commercial operations, helping position HOST Terminals as a trusted logistics partner across the maritime industry.

Brian brings extensive experience in commercial shipping and customer relationship management, helping customers navigate the operational and commercial demands of the maritime industry. His collaborative approach, industry knowledge, and commitment to service excellence have made him a trusted partner for customers while supporting HOST Agency's continued growth.

Brian earned a Bachelor's degree from Lamar University. He is dedicated to building long-term customer partnerships and advancing commercial opportunities that strengthen HOST Agency's position as a leading provider of vessel agency services.

Jacob has been with HOST for eight years, beginning his career with the company as a Vessel Agent before transitioning into commercial roles. His operational experience provides a strong foundation for understanding customers' needs and developing practical solutions across HOST's terminal network. Today, he plays an important role in strengthening HOST Terminals' commercial presence, building trusted customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the company's terminal portfolio.

Jacob earned a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University. His combination of operational experience, commercial expertise, and customer-focused approach helps deliver long-term value for customers while supporting HOST's continued growth across the maritime and logistics industry.
